Electrifire is a specialist fire alarm and security company providing design, installation and maintenance services for commercial premises across London, Kent and the M25 corridor. Incorporated in 2009, the company has built its reputation on technical competence, reliable service delivery and the kind of straightforward communication that facilities managers, building managers and FM companies value when they need a contractor they can depend on.
We are part of the New Path Fire and Security Group, which gives us access to a wider network of specialist capabilities across fire, security, passive fire and electrical services. Accreditations and Manufacturer Approvals
Electrifire is a Honeywell Gent Approved System Integrator, which means our fire alarm engineers are trained and certified by Honeywell to design, install, commission and maintain the Gent Vigilon fire alarm platform. Vigilon is a premium, intelligent fire detection system widely specified for commercial, education, healthcare and heritage buildings. Our Gent Approved status gives our customers confidence that their Vigilon system is being looked after by engineers who understand the platform at manufacturer level, not by general fire alarm technicians working from generic procedures. Electrifire holds BAFE SP203 accreditation for the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm systems. BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) is the independent register of quality fire safety service providers in the UK, and SP203 accreditation is widely recognised by fire risk assessors, enforcement authorities and insurance companies as evidence of technical competence and quality management.
When you appoint Electrifire, you are appointing a company whose systems, processes and engineering competence have been independently assessed and verified. This matters when your insurer requires evidence that your fire alarm was installed and maintained by a competent, accredited provider. It matters when a fire risk assessor asks who is looking after the system. And it matters when an FM company needs to demonstrate to a client that their subcontractor meets the required standards.
How We Work
We book visits in advance and confirm attendance. Our engineers arrive when scheduled, carry out the work that was agreed, and leave the site in the condition they found it. Every visit produces a documented service report. If we identify a problem, we tell you clearly what it is and what it will cost to resolve, and we do not carry out additional work without your approval.
We are not the cheapest fire and security company in London or Kent, and we do not try to be. We compete on the quality and reliability of the service, the competence of our engineers, and the consistency of our communication. The customers who stay with us do so because they know what they are getting and do not have to chase us for answers.
Electrifire is part of the New Path Fire and Security Group, a group of specialist fire and security companies operating across London, the South East and beyond. The group structure means that Electrifire can draw on specialist capabilities for passive fire protection (fire shutters, fire curtains, fire doors), fire risk assessments, and additional geographic coverage when a project or portfolio extends beyond our direct resources.
Where We Work
Electrifire's core coverage area is London, Kent and the M25 corridor. We carry out fire alarm and security installations, planned maintenance, reactive call-outs and remedial works across this area from our base in Kent. For multi-site portfolios that extend beyond our core area, we can discuss coverage through the wider New Path Fire and Security Group.
